Re-Enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year

We’re excited to announce that the Re-Enrollment process for the upcoming academic year at College Achieve Greater Asbury Park Charter School (CAPS Asbury) is now underway. If your child will be continuing their education at CAPS Asbury next year, we kindly ask that you complete the Re-Enrollment form. For families with multiple children, please ensure that a form is filled out for each child.

Included in the Re-Enrollment form are essential documents, such as the State of NJ B6T Transportation Form, B7T Payment Voucher, and Aid in Lieu letter. Even if your student doesn’t require transportation, it’s crucial to complete the transportation forms.
Additionally, please remember to attach three proofs of residency, all dated within the past 30 days.
Acceptable documents include:

  • Notarized Lease/Mortgage Statements
  • Public Service Bill
  • Telephone Bill (No cellular bills accepted)
  • Cable Bill
  • Water Bill
  • Property Tax Bill
  • Deed
  • Bank Statement

(Ensure that your lease is current and not expired.)
Re-Enrollment is an annual requirement, and completing these forms secures your student’s place for the upcoming school year. Failure to submit your forms will result in your student being removed from our class list for the 2024-2025 school year, and a seat will not be reserved.
If your child will not be returning to College Achieve Greater Asbury Park Charter School, please inform us in writing by sending an email to pmabrey@collegeachieve.org, stating your intention not to return. We currently have a waitlist for incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th grades.
